Good value for money. Good place to remember.

Conveniently located 10min walk from both Tokyo and Akihabara stations. Restaurants all around the place at 5min walk Kanda. Room is small but OK for a few nights. No noise, good bed, Great breakfast buffet.

Love the hotel, a warm stay in cold winter days

Great location, close to metro and train stations. Clean room with all necessary amenities. Convenient shops and restaurants are just nearby. Helpful and very friendly staff, though a bit odd to communicate via a translation device. Will stay at this hotel again for next visits.

Location close to the station was great, lots of choice for eating within walking distance.

The location was great for me as I needed to be close to Tokyo station for travel the next day. The room was quiet even being so close to the station. The room was small but I was expecting that from the photos. The staff were very helpful.

The room was as expected so I was pleased with the facilities.

The property was clean, service was great. To begin with I thought it was a little too far from Tokyo station than I was after, however, it really was about a 7 min walk which was fine. Just around the corner are streets of great eats

Great hotel in the heart of Tokyo

The staff at this hotel are wonderful and they are always very helpful and polite. Many thanks for arranging a room for me with a great view of the Shinkansen! If you are an admirer of the amazing railway of Japan, then this is a hotel for you. Despite of the location, the soundproofing seems to work very well so I slept very well. Another highlight is the breakfast at this hotel, highly recommended with plenty of tasty choices. Lovely thought on the special menu for the New Year's Day. Really enjoyed staying here and will certainly come back next time I am in Tokyo.

VERY ADEQUATE. BIG ENOUGH. NO PROBLEMS.

Great location. Clean. More than adequate. No complaints. Rooms are big enough to sleep in and sit at a desk. Why do so many people complain about small hotel rooms? If you want more room, pay more! It’s simple!

Proximity to Tokyo train station; rooms were a little bigger than average; good, clean room and bathroom.

aircon was busted in one of our rooms (we booked 2 rooms) and instead of fixing the aircon, we got provided with an electric fan. We also specifically asked at the time of booking (couple of months ahead of our stay) that our 2 rooms be next to each other but did not get that.

Wonderful

Excellent location, close to four different suburban train stations and just 10 minutes from Tokyo central station. The place is very central and makes mobility very convenient. The staff is very humble and supportive. Cleanliness and Hygiene is their hallmark. Very affordable considering it's location.

Breakfast options are limited as it's a traditional Japanese spread and may not be to everyone's taste.

Good business hotel with very friendly & helpful staff

Extremely polite & helpful staff. Good amenities. We enjoyed breakfast.

Would have liked the stay more if we could control the room temperature ourselves. It was warm when we stayed, the A/C was set on High (there is a small dial-low/medium/high by the bed) but the room didn’t get cool enough for our liking. Also, we couldn’t get used to the high up/stepping up bathroom.

A well located, clean hotel with helpful staff.

Very well located business persons hotel. Close to Tokyo Station. Quiet and very clean. We travelled as a family and chose single rooms to help recover from jetlag - this worked out perfectly for us. The air conditioning worked very well and all basic amenities were provided.

Stepping up into the bathroom was inconvenient.

Suited our purposes perfectly.

We chose to have single rooms which after a long flight meant better sleeping for all of our family members. The single rooms are small, but reasonable, the bed is hard - which I don't like, but my husband does - but a good size. The staff were very helpful, especially considering our lack of Japanese. Close to the Tokyo Station. Very clean. I'd describe this hotel as a business hotel, one where businesspeople stay over night when in Tokyo for work.

Stepping up into the bathroom was inconvenient - especially in the middle of the night.

Wonderful

Rooms are very Clean. Room size is decent and functional. We got three single rooms with full size bed in each room. They hold our luggages until check-in time. Environment is quiet. Our stay was very comfortable at this hotel.

Breakfast was simple not many choices. The pillow is very hard but the mattress is comfy though.

Great stay in good location. Very helpful staff.

Breakfast was a good selection of items although not to Western taste. We managed to find enough to eat from what was provided. Beds were comfortable and the room larger than expected.

Not used to memory foam an extra pillow would have been useful.

Great service. everyone was super friendly and helpful.

No room cleaning unless you stay more than 3 days. Rooms are super small and there are no many amenities in the building.

it was good

location in my case and a good breakfast with “to go” option

Small bed, just fitted my height. No coffee or tea in the room. No microwave also, but one common is available on the floor.
